This is a speech designed to try and sway the direction that other countries view the present conflict. I've been listening to everything I could find lately that Brzezinski has said, I'm in a middle of his famous book "The Grand Cheesboard". This speech left me speechless, it is such an incredible set of lies. No wonder that not a single person here believed a single word from what Brzezinski said. Twisting facts so much, literally turning everything upside down. He is a very smart man that wrote very interesting books, but at the same time he is a lying hypocrite indeed. Its like he knew exactly what was expected of him here and switched "lie and distort" button on. He has been contradicting himself a lot lately. On one occasion disagreeing with Obama that Russia is a regional state and confirming that Russia is global indeed and that it stands for so many things. In latest books changing his view on Russia and comparing US today to Soviet Union in late 80s!
